Adopting high accuracy 100 groove,1:1 photoelectric plate, per rotate output two ways per 50 pulse signal, also can be made two ways per 100 pulse signal .Adopting special CPU to deal with the shake, change face process of the photoelectric signal, supply the sensor fault alarm. Sensor can be used for Tatsuno type flow meter
